Daniel Deventer

Growing up Daniel was overweight yet passionate about different codes of sport, so at the age of 16 years young he decide to join his very first gym, not knowing much about training.

Training over time became a therapeutic place for him not only physically but mentally too and has helped him change his outlook on life, by creating discipline and dedication. After school he realised his passion for rugby which he currently plays at Durban Collegians Rugby Club. He now uses training as a tool to mold and develope himself and work towards goals that he’s set.

Daniel has completed his Certificate in Fitness through ETA College and looks  to now help others become the best versions of themselves by creating unique programs that suite each clients needs and goals.
